THESE ARE THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR UNLIMITED NET. BEFORE ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNT WITH UNLIMITED NET YOU MUST AGREE THE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING THEN *DO NOT* REQUEST AN ACCOUNT.

1) Web Hosting Services

a) You may not gain revenue through our free service. Gaining revenue requires that you buy an Basic or Unlimited account.
b ) Unlimited Net, LLC can refuse service to anyone, and cancel accounts without prior permission or notification, with permission of a CEO.
c ) Unlimited Net, LLC reserves the right to inspect suspicious content.
d ) Unlimited Net, LLC reserves the right to add advertisements to customers content. (Only for free accounts)
e ) Unlimited Net, LLC is not responsible for any damage done by infected files (viruses).
f ) Unlimited net reserves the right to remove infected files (viruses) and/or cancel service.

Grossly offensive or illegal material: Using Unlimited Net, LLC to host, or redirect to, a site that contains material that we deem grossly offensive violates the Terms of Service. “Grossly offensive material,” by our definition, includes pages that exploit images of children under 18 years of age, pages that include clear expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred, “how-to” sites which promote illegal activities, such as the creation and/or use of weapons illegally, and pages that link to other sites which we deem offensive. Unlimited Net, LLC, at it’s sole discretion, may deem a site “grossly offensive.” “Illegal material” includes but is not limited to copyrighted media, such as software, images, and audio files.

Bandwidth Measurement and Overrage Fees: All bandwidth listings consist of the sum of incoming and outgoing bandwidth allowance. Incoming and outgoing bandwidth allowances are calculated on a 50/50 split of incoming to outgoing bandwidth based on the total bandwidth, therefore the incoming and outgoing bandwidth allowances are each half of the total listed bandwidth. Any bandwidth usage exceeding either the incoming or outgoing bandwidth total will be billed at the rate of $1.50 per GB over.

Hack or attempt to breach Unlimited Net, LLC’s security in any way. Attempting to”hack” into Unlimited Net, LLC’s internal data, “break” or modify the Unlimited Net, LLC site in any way, access Unlimited Net, LLC’s source code, access or modify Unlimited Net, LLC Member sites or data, login using a Unlimited Net, LLC account that does not belong to you, or do any other sort of “hacking” violates these Terms of Service. Use of your Unlimited Net, LLC account to hack into Unlimited Net, LLC or other sites, “break” Unlimited Net, LLC’s or other sites via DOS (denial-of-service) attacks (or any other type of attack) violates these Terms of Service. Please read the “Copyrighted Material” section below for more limitations.

• Any programs that are designed to breach, or crack, the security, run a DOS (denial-of-service) attack, or take advantage of an exploit in an instant messaging service’s network, site, or clients are strictly prohibited. Some examples of instant messaging networks, but not limited to, are Yahoo! Instant Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger, ICQ, MSN Messenger, and IRC.

Copyrighted Material
The downloading or use of copyrighted material provided by Unlimited Net or a third-party content provider is allowed by Members for personal use. Members may not copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise transfer any such copyrighted material in any format, electronic or otherwise. Any material protected by copyright may not be placed on a Member Site or any other site without the express permission of the author or owner of the copyright on that material. Unlimited Net, LLC will not condone the following activities on our hosting:

• Making available copyrighted software which has been “cracked” – i.e., the copyright protection has been removed from the software;
• Making available serial numbers for software which can be used to illegally validate or register software;
• Making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than for “cracking” software (this does not include tools which have legitimate uses for software developers, system administrators, etc.).

2) E-Mail Hosting Services

a) No spam may be generated by your Unlimited Net, LLC E-Mail account. Please see below for more details.
b) No transferring of virus infected files through our servers.
c) Unlimited Net, LLC can refuse service to anyone, and cancel accounts without prior permission of notification, with permission of a CEO.
d) Unlimited Net, LLC reserves the right to send Unlimited Net, LLC related e-mails to your account.
e) Unlimited Net, LLC is not responsible for any damage done by infected files.
f) Unlimited Net, LLC reserves the right to remove infected files and/or cancel service.
g) Prices and/or service changes are subject to change without prior notification.
h) Unlimited Net, LLC is not responsible for server or network outages.

SPAM: Unlimited Net, LLC takes SPAM very seriously. “SPAM” includes sending unsolicited bulk e-mail and submitting advertisements to Usenet newsgroups that do not specifically allow advertising. Members are forbidden from sending SPAM using their Unlimited Net, LLC account, using a Unlimited Net, LLC-provided e-mail account / address, or sending SPAM in order to advertise a site hosted by, or redirected-to by Unlimited Net, LLC. By signing up, Member acknowledges this agreement, and agrees to pay Unlimited Net, LLC $200 in damages for each e-mail address to which unsolicited bulk e-mail was sent and $200 for each Usenet SPAM message posted. Users or sites listed in anti-spam listing organization sites, such as spews.org, relays.osirusoft.org, spamhaus.org, spamcop.net, or other similar sites may be suspended immediately without notice or refund.

3) Chat or Forums

a) No harassing behavior of any sort.
b) No flooding* is allowed.
c) Any programs designed to manipulate the chat or board are not allowed.

*flooding is posting the same message continuously.

UNLIMITED NET RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS OF SERVICE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OF THE CUSTOMERS. THE TERMS OF SERVICE WILL BE POSTED IN A PLACE AVAILABLE TO ALL CURRENT CUSTOMERS.
